Use the result as a reflection starting point
A WPTI-X result is a tool for reflecting on the choices you may currently prefer across four work-style dimensions. It does not decide a career or predict hiring outcomes.
Connect it to recent experience
Review the dimensions that feel familiar and the ones that surprise you. Notes about projects that gave you energy, collaboration preferences, and work environments can offer more useful detail than a code alone.
Choose a next step to check an interest
When a role interests you, verify its day-to-day work, required skills, and learning paths through official sources and people who do the work. Conversations and small experiments help test a career hypothesis.
How to use this guide
