Methodology

Understand WPTI-X's four internal framework dimensions and how to read a result.

Four dimensions

WPTI-X uses four axes: physical–cognitive (PC), orthodox–radical (OR), altruistic–egocentric (AE), and static–mobile (SM). Their combination is represented by a four-letter internal code.

An axis score is a relative summary of item responses. It is not a fixed measurement of ability, values, or personality.

Interpretation limits

A result can vary with the situation, interpretation of a question, and recent experience. Comparing types or retaking the test is for reflection only.

WPTI-X does not claim population representativeness, validity, diagnostic accuracy, or a career success rate. Check official occupational information, learning requirements, and real work experience separately.
